Account Manager
Ensures that account is managed appropriately.
Assignments
“Assignments” lists all of the current Assignments for that user, including all of their Courses, Assessment Sets, Events, Activities, Nuggets and Skill Profile assignments. These assignment fields may be manually updated at any time by clicking the Assign link. An Archive link is also presented that, when clicked, will transfer previously completed assignments to a User’s history -- which can be viewed via the History subtab.
Company Confidential Information
Any non-public information developed by or on behalf of the company that the company undertakes to keep secret in order to secure competitive advantages or other significant economic value for its shareholders. Employees must use sound, professional judgment in determining whether information is Company Confidential Information. If there is any doubt about whether particular information is Company Confidential, employees must consult their supervision or a company intellectual property attorney. Company Confidential Information must be protected no matter in what format the information is stored.
Educational Item (EI)
An item used for educational purposes.
History
“History” displays all of the completed and archived assignments associated with the selected user. An Unarchive link is available that allows any assignments previously archived to be moved back into a user’s Assignments sub-tab. This tab also displays a comprehensive history of this particular user’s module access. Clicking the Module Access History link will open a pop up window with a record of access by this user to any and all applications and the date and time of each access.
Memberships:
“Memberships” lists all of the current membership associations for that user, including all of their Group Memberships, Job Code Assignments, Location Assignments and Organizational Chart position.
Mobile Profile
“Mobile Profile” displays more detailed Mobile information for this user such as device information, carriers used, etc. This information is necessary for SMS messaging and CellCast nugget delivery.
Notes
Notes” allows managers to add Notes to a user’s record about the user or for other managers to see regarding the user. These Notes are not visible to the user.
Performance
“Performance” appears if the optional Performance Evaluation Module has been purchased. This feature set allows evaluations to be selected and assigned to the user that will be routed based on a defined Organizational Chart..
Social Media
Internet and mobile-based electronic tools that allow anyone with access to the relevant site to participate in dialogues with others and/or to generate or edit content. Social Media formats evolve constantly. Examples of Social Media include:
- Content Posting - the posting of information and opinions for the consumption and (usually) comment by other users, e.g., blogs, chat rooms, Twitter™, Wikipedia
- File Sharing - the posting and trading of electronic files such as videos, music, or photos, e.g., YouTube
- Social Networking – media where people post personal information and forge connections with others through common interests, e.g., Facebook©, LinkedIn®, PatientsLikeMe™, MySpace™
- Tagging & Social Bookmarks – media where users are prompted to “tag” useful or relevant content with metadata that allows for easier categorization and searching, e.g., Delicious
- Mashups - Web applications that combine data from one or more sources into a single, integrated tool, e.g., Digsby©
Test Scores
“Test Scores” displays all of the Course, Assessment Set, and Learning Nugget Test Scores for the selected user. This summary gives the date, attempt number, score, and status. The View link displays a record of the assessment including questions, answers provided, and graded score if applicable.
User Information
“User Information” includes fields for user name, email address, title, business address, contact information, etc., plus any defined custom fields to the right.
